Scott and the entire Specialty Marine crew are nothing but professional, hardworking, and honest. I purchased a brand new Honda Outboard from them and every step was perfectly smooth from ordering the engine to final testing. Have been taking my mercury outboard here for years now. Never have they tried to sell me on anything and have been honest, I wouldn’t usually write a review but seeing the two negative ones below me, I had too. Never got bad vibes from this place, I have recommended friends here and they were always happy with the work done and never had problems. I have bought 4 new Honda 225 Motors from Eric and his crew. I searched the country for the best price on Motors and found Specialty Marine was by far the best value. (And lowest price) The best part is they are close to where I keep my boats. I have been very happy with the service program, which is nothing short of amazing. I purchased a Honda 5hp outboard motor from the fine folks at Specialty Marine in January of 2018 and I can’t thank them enough for the amazing customer service I have received from them. Several times due to bad fuel I have brought the engine in unable to get it started and they have dissembled and reassembled the carburetor right there on the spot and fixed the problem. They stand behind their products %100 and the customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone who owns a Honda outboard. ~Danny Colohan

My Honda 2.3hp outboard had a mystery illness that caused it to die after starting. Scott kept at it and finally figured out that the problem was a defective fuel cap. It was replaced under warranty at no charge. Scott and Specialty Marine are awesome! ~John M.

Scott is amazing, I wish I could explain how amazing Specialty Marine has been. We ordered a motor for our coaches launch. (We a rowing up in the Chanel Islands harbor) They helped us with transportation of our launch. They cleaned our launch and installed the new motor and control box so fast and with so much expertise.
